Ducats anyone?

Very colorful crazy dream with me travelling the world and finding myself in New York city with all the lights of Times Square shining brightly. I look up to a huge screen on the building and see a girl drinking from a Campbells soup can with the words, horse and then orang written on it. Yes orang, spelt like that. Caught my attention like it was suppose to.

I am following these exotic women to a table where they have bags of ducats and sitting down to count them. At first one in particular was a tad nervous not knowing me but I quickly disarmed them all by telling them stories of working in the bank. Who knew that this would actually come in handy and in a dream. Yes, I did work in a bank for many years in reality.

Okay now to the dream interpretation of horse which was: the message and the messenger, making progress, unbridled emotions, instincts.one that is making progress. Orange was broken down to food that nourishes us spiritually. Ducats or money: benefits or returns from efforts, that which is of value and truth.

This interpretation makes perfect sense to me and answers my questions as to my life purpose wondering if I am on the right path. You live in a life where for many years your parents or those in authority told you life is a certain way but your mind say it different as it was in my case. All those years of fighting this wonderful gift and now to relish in it. I have met so many people that have appeared to help me in my endeavors, some from my classes, and some almost magically from no where. I love my life with the adventures and the crazy dreams that come with it and so I say bring it on and enjoy your day my friends.

“Excuse me, but do I know you?

ShamanAnd that first sentence was how I met a Elder yesterday at my very favorite haunt, a place I go to for my morning breakfast. I had just finished doing a tarot card reading for one of the girls that works there and was settling my bill. An older native gentlemen stood a few feet away from the till watching me. He then turned and asked me that question. I replied that he did look familiar and then our truly extraordinary conversation unfolded.

He was a man that has gifts, a Shaman and the knowledge to guide me even in this brief turn of events. A passing word but so much that resonates within me. I was told to continue with what I was doing and to respect the many mentors that would come. My heart soared when we were telling our stories on what it meant to be intuitive and what we see. We had  sat on the bench of this foyer of the restaurant talking all the while and then got up, for each to go our separate ways. As I walked away I told him that I had asked for this. I had asked the Universe to send me someone wise, an elder and I received my wish. He then said he had hoped that one day we would see each other and if that is meant to be, then it will happen. For now I remember everything that he relayed to me, that means so much to me.

Last night was the our last psychic development class till September as we all enjoy the days of summer. We all have this intuitive gift in ourselves and me wanting to know and learn more about it found myself here last September. The class was intimate with about 20 ladies attending and then growing over the winter months. I have made friendships with many and for the first time feel like my true authentic self. It is a place where I can honestly trust this space and say what I want to say.

I give thanks on a daily basis to Creator for this beautiful gift and that is what its about. Praying, trusting and believing. There were many “AHA” moments and the memories were also coming back when I was a child and realizing the stuff I had pushed down from fear and not knowing. Now I know that I was not seeing things and always being in that state of being terrified and not being believed at what I was seeing and knowing. My thought is that going through life and having the family I did gave me that experience to understand where other people come from and to have empathy.

Recently in my home one evening, the other half, Ken and I were watching the tv. We were turning in for the night and coming back from the kitchen I spied a white and grey swirl by my feet. I said, “Wha” out loud and then retraced my footsteps but not seeing anything muttered “It’s okay” and then realized I had an audience and that Ken was watching all this. I quickly got into bed and picked up my laptop. Minutes ticked by and then he said, “Tell me why you are doing this?”  My answer was, “I want to help people, I want to heal them.”

Little KittyOh and that grey and white swirl was my long passed kitty, Little Evel Knievel who was doing a crazy eight at my feet. I will never doubt again.

Goddess Up®

This past weekend was spent @ a Goddess Up® Workshop that Sierra Bender was hosting in a town not far from my city. Empowerment is the name of the game and after this weekend I surely got it going! I attended her first workshop in 2013 Dec and I have never looked back since. In this past year I have rid myself of beliefs that did not serve me well.  My relationship with my family members which was rocky has now changed and more stable. In fact I was told by my dear Auntie how I have grown. Even though I am middle aged and close to sixty I take that as a cool compliment! I gained so much by my intuition getting stronger, more confident, focused, self esteem is at a all time high and what more could a person want.

There were about 32 of us ladies from all ages and we got right to work with the healing process. Lots of information to download, and take away for sure as well as the AHA moments and finally getting it. Until you are ready to receive it, it will not matter. I know this because I have walked this road and have had people tell me this and that and not understanding at the time. Lot’s of purging and the board breaking was inspiring! Everyone was on a roll with that one. But I walked in not knowing all of the lady’s and made friends with them by the time we were finished. Your Grounded!!

So the our bi-weekly psychic development class started off our new year with a 2 hour discussion about grounding and how important it is when you are doing your readings which we were doing of a person not present. I came away from this reading a bit more aware and learned a great deal. But I wanted to know more about grounding. 

Spiritual Grounding  Through meditating,see in your minds eye a bright light from your center that goes through the earth to the core, send out roots to anchor you and then shoot back up through your body and up through your crown and spill out over your body to protect you.

Using Black Kyanite, Blue Kyanite, Black Tourmaline, Boji stone, Turquoise stone are but a few used for Crystal Grounding.

Physical activity, saging, which I personally do every morning so I have that covered and bathe with himalayan, sea or hawaiian salt. I also found that bathing would wash the residual after effects of a reading. I was the lucky one who was still feeling it when I got home that night.

Now here’s another little tidbit that I really love and that is chocolate is a great grounding tool as it grows in the earth and hence one is grounded. Hmmmm, may have to do this one on a regular basis..hahahahaha. Oh and lastly walking on the earth in your bare feet. All so simple and easy to do. You re-connect with Mother Earth, Gaia and become balanced and ready to take on the world or rather your little patch of the world.

Our teacher tells us to ground ourselves many times in the day as there is so much energy swirling around and we pick this up. And she also say’s to meditate, meditate, MEDITATE!

Walking in the kitchen this morning the time 5:55 glowed from the kitchen stove. I had also noticed that time last night. So I popped into Doreen Virtue’s site and looked it up and whoa baby it looks like I am due!!

 555— Buckle your seat belts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being “positive” or “negative” since all change is a natural part of life’s flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself at peace.

This is a great way to start my day or anyone’s for that matter. Change is good. It is time for renewal and I welcome a change. In the past reading this would have made me fearful because no one likes the negative but loves the positive but now I accept whatever may come because it will happen and all for the greater good.

My way of thinking is that everyone needs purpose and for me I start the day with a visit to the gym @ 5:15 and home by 6:30, breakfast and then a hot tea and I sage. Using wood matches as I have been taught by my elders I light the sage & then proceed to move the smoke all over my body and then bringing the smoke to my face touch my forehead and asking Creator to let me “see” what I need to, my mouth that I may speak the truth, my ears that I may hear what I need, and lastly my heart to fill it with compassion and love, to be open and to thank Creator for this day, for me and end with our Cree amen “hiy hiy”. Then I settle down to a guided meditation, “Angel Contact” for about 30-40 minutes. For me it helps to “ground and keep me open” I then get on with my day, what ever may come.

Whenever I am out and about taking pictures I find it is another form of meditating and grounding ones self. I am present & so in the moment and loving what I am doing and that is usually being out in nature. This day I was in Devonian Gardens and talking to the bee and asking him for a pretty shot. I have to laugh at myself in these moments but they work for me. Time seems to stretch when I am out in the back woods, so timeless it seems, breathing in the air from the trees, the flowers. Maybe I should title this shot “Smile!” Hahahahahahaveryverybusy

Stop,don’t do it! Seriously! Don’t do it! Don’t!

  ~Of course, it’s how we were taught to do it. It’s ingrained into the very fiber of our being. If you want something, go for it-that’s what we learned. Push, shove, climb, power through. Maybe we were taught to do it politely, ethically,even sensitively but we were taught to do it. But here’s the thing…

Everything is energy. It’s positive or negative or something in between. We attract what we want. Our actions matter in this process but the energy from whence our actions come matters hugely.

If we are screaming at the universe for wealth, if all our words are about how we want prosperity, if all of our words are right on track but our energy is doubtful, fearful and full of lack, what the universe hears is lack and it answers it in spades. It doesn’t matter how much we argue with our bosses for a raise or how many apllications we put in for a higher paying job. If our energetic imprint is lack, lack is what we will get- everytime, guaranteed, no exceptions. Even if we get that higher paying job somehow our expenses will expand to suck that extra income right out of our bank account. How many time in your life have watched a scenario like that happen.

So don’t do it. Don’t take action until you’ve cleaned up your energy.

Be honest with yourself. Listen to your feelings. Pay attention to your emotions. They aren’t your enemies. In fact, your emotions are your most powerful allies.

Don’t whitewash your negative emotions. Don’t deny them. Meet them, greet them, honor them and then gently redirect them and do your work to shift your emotions, authenically from the inside out. Clear the doubts that need to be cleared out. The doubts, the fears, the negativity-clear them gently and thoroughly; one step at a time.

If you want prosperity, gently align yourself with prosperity. Practice it. Play with it. Imagine it. Plug into it’s frequency and then, only then, when you feel that vibration-take action, inspired action. Once you’ve plugged, you’ll know what action to take. Your intuition will step in and have all kinds of ideas and plans and things that will feel like fun, even if they’re work.

Play with this. Eplore your full potential- it’s amazing. I guarantee it~
