I had read about it many years ago but I had also tried it and it didn’t work for me. Well I am sure at that time I just didn’t give it a chance. Years later, as a matter of fact last year I successfully meditated for one minute then five now could do it for an hour if I wanted. I love the stillness, the undulations, the peacefulness and when I come out the calmness and also feel grounded. This is the way I start my mornings without a doubt. It goes hand in hand with brushing teeth or combing one’s hair. I think of it as maintenance for my soul.

Youtube has some great meditations that I found especially “Angel Contact” by Naomi Nonu-Carling. I highly recommend that one and have it on my ipod. It’s like gold to me!
