- 2 eggs, 3 if really hungry
- 1 small saucepan
- Enough water to cover eggs
Fill pan with water and boil. Once boiling, put eggs in saucepan.
Walk away and forget they existed like I did and they exploded…

Haha! Gail, I was expecting a regular recipe till you gave it quite the twist! Exploded eggs are such a mess. I once did the version where I wandered off and the water boiled off & they burnt to the pan. Horrendous aroma…. not soon forgotten.

Awww, my friend I too have done the leave it in the sauce pan and wait for that most odoriferous smell to permeate throughout my gentle home not to mention the clean up after.
